The award winning Neale’s Restaurant dining experience has been created by Executive Head Chef, Chris Lelliott. Chris has worked at some of the country’s finest eateries, many Michelin starred, including The Lygon Arms, Chewton Glen and Gravetye Manor as well as having worked closely with Michel Roux at the Waterside Inn at Bray for over 12 years. Our kitchen prides’ itself on using locally sourced products from many past and present ‘True Taste of Wales’ winners and finalists including Cig Calon Cymru, Castell Howell, Llaeth y Llan dairy products, Halen Mon sea salt and the Welsh Venison Centre as well as from local shops and suppliers in and around Penarth.

The 50 cover restaurant is decorated with opulent silks and a shimmering flock wallpaper from Osborne and Little. Tables are decorated with the finest Wedgwood china and exquisitely dramatic oversized Schott Zwiesel crystal stemware.
